We understand that many customers have concerns about their privacy. Therefore, at www.firepumpsrus.com.au we are committed to ensuring that your privacy and security issues are respected all aspects of our business, at all times – with NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will not share, sell, or supply your information to anyone. We reserve the right to email you occasionally with promotional offers that we may deem of interest to you.

Firepumpsrus.com.au operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

All credit card payments are processed through PayPal. www.firepumpsrus.com.au do not record any credit card details.

Stock Control

If we are out of stock of a product you have ordered we will let you know immediately, and either

• suggest an alternative, or
• allow you to cancel your order and receive a store credit/refund.

Delivery

Delivery of our product are through third party suppliers (Couriers / Australia Post) and cannot take responsibility for their actions.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you.

Before any stock is sent back please call up our Melbourne office on 0428 886 625.

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur intial return frieght charges, if the product is deemed to be faulty or damages you wll be re-embursed the return frieght charges.

It is the recipient's responsibility to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer (where applicable).

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the faulty return, and refund your sent at your cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty and communicate this decision with you.

In the event that you are not happy with the product or it wasn't what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. We will refund the original product once we have received the returned item in its original condition. If any damage is sustained then allowance needs be made to account for this (full value not possible). Shipping costs are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Oversea Orders

Although we primary only deal in Australia, if you wish to purchase from overseas we can accommodate you. Please contact us for charges. Please note: You are responsible for importing goods into your own country, and you must obey the regulations concerning those laws and adult goods . You may be charged an import tax on any goods you import, even via the Internet.

Our Contact page requires that you supply your name, phone number and email address as a minimum to send the contact form, this information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let us know who sent the email so we can respond to your enquiry. 2. EFT contact form policy

Our EFT page requires that you supply your details, this information is used only use for the identification and delivery instructions and is not used for any other purpose other than in the processing of accounts. Your details will never be on-sold or used by another party.

Our site does not use any cookies for customer tracking.
